1. Return Eligibility
- Standard Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Products should not show signs of wear or use. Opened but unused items may be eligible if they meet these conditions and are in their original, resalable condition.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a full refund or exchange, with free return shipping.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale Items: Discounted items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Perishable Goods: Items such as food and drinks are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Beauty Products: Must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange.
3. Return Shipping Policy
- Free Return Shipping: Available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Customer-Paid Return Shipping: For returns due to a change of mind or if you no longer want the item, a nominal fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs.
- Exchanges: Return shipping for exchanges is covered by us.
4. Return Process

- Exchanges and Store Credit: One free exchange per order is provided. Additional exchanges will incur a small fee. Store credit is available for future purchases.
